It is possible to generate PDF files from gCADPlus designs in several ways. Select File, then the SaveAsPDF option is the quickest and most convenient. That allows for choosing a print zone and nominating the resolution of the resultant file. There are some limitations – resolution may not be high enough for you, and it is impossible to control sheet size and thus scale. The second option that’s especially useful for making high-resolution PDF files is to print the drawing to a PDF writer using tools such as BullZip or CutePDF. Provided that transparency or gradient colour fills are not used on entities, this gives a lovely result.
