Although gCADPlus is primarily used for landscape design, it is also a capable and versatile general-purpose CAD drafting application. Here is an example of a joinery drawing for a kitchen created using gCADPlus. The ability of gCADPlus to ‘pull’ exact dimensions from the accurate model and present these on various views of a design is demonstrated.
Here, gCADPlus is used to construct some joinery drawings for upgrading the interior of a beachside cottage. The plan is shown in a layout page at a fixed scale of 1:100, and a further series of details for the kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, and dividers are shown at a fixed scale of 1:20.
